Return Process

    Contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email within 10 days of delivery to log your exchange or return request.

    Quality Inspection

    Ensure the garment is in its original condition; items that are used, altered, or purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return.

    Ship the Item

    Pack the item securely and send it back to our central warehouse address provided by the support team using a traceable courier service.

  • 4.
    Processing & Refund

    Once received and verified, we will issue a store credit voucher or process a bank refund within 7-10 working days.
